I am making so many fun, new things lately I can't keep up in the picture taking department!  I'm getting ready to show my stuff at Mindy Mae's Market next week, and I'm excited for a fun-filled Friday and Saturday :) I'm doing a giveaway right now on their website, so go check it out! :)  And I will go start taking some pics! :)

Sew Crazy

So, I have been sewing like crazy lately.  I have made a lot of these cute Boho Headbands.  (you can see pics on my facebook page) They are so fun!  I wear my mustard one almost every day.  It is perfect for fall!  I have also been upcycling some old sweaters.  They are going to be adorable.  I might be doing some shows this fall and into winter, so, I try to work as much as I can, but, it's hard with the little kids running around making messes all the time.

Summerfest

wow, summerfest was exhausting and fun!  I worked 12-13 hours each day.  I was so glad for the good weather.  It was sooo crowded every day--even Thursday at 10am it was just bustling with people!  Anyway, it was a huge success...I sold out of my rings, and my small clips...and only had one baby hat left when it was all said and done.  I did a lot of custom orders, too.  All in all, a  great time...now I need a nap! :)

Light as a Feather

I have found out (the hard way) that the rings I make are as light as a feather. I had some rings sitting on my front passenger seat...when I opened up the door *whooosh* they flew out the door and were gone! I looked and looked but, I was in the Wal*Mart parking lot, so there was no hope of finding them. Sad time. Then I went home, opened the door again to get the groceries out, and *bam* the milk fell out of the car and smashed open emptying it's contents allover the garage floor. It was just one of those days.

Summer Fun

I had a good time today making some bobby pins. My kids jumped on the trampoline with a hose and got soaked, while I visited with my mom and made these beauties :) They're about 2" wide.. and i'm going to sell them for $5 for a set of 2.

so, i have officially gone through an entire 100-count box of alligator clips! What a milestone, right? well, I went to the store to buy another box, but they're sold out :( it looks like I'm not the only one around here that's making hair clips lately....

It's always so much fun when I find out that I sold something on Etsy. Today I sold this cute elastic to someone in Illinois :) This elastic is fun because it can also be worn on the wrist as a bracelet. Super cute! :)
